CAMPUS SUMMARY
Located in the Shenandoah Valley and Piedmont regions of Virginia, Lord Fairfax Community College operates three locations — the Fauquier and Middletown Campuses and the Luray-Page County Center — that serve seven counties and one city in the area.

Students attending LFCC can obtain an associate degree and/or certificate in such areas as administrative support, business, engineering, fine arts, information systems technology and healthcare. Students who graduate from LFCC are prepared to continue their education at a four-year institution or immediately apply for a job, depending on the degree or certificate program that they followed.

According to LFCC students, some of the benefits of attending LFCC are its affordable tuition rates, financial aid and scholarship program, small class sizes and transfer agreements with four-year institutions. The beauty of transfer agreements is that students attend LFCC for two years and earn an associate degree before transferring to a four-year institution for the last two years of their education. This path to a bachelor’s degree can save students large amounts of money.

Outside of the classroom, LFCC offers various student activities such as clubs, concerts, cultural events, intramural sports and theatrical performances.
