CAMPUS SUMMARY
Wilson Technical Community College is an open-door community college only 46 miles from the state capital, Raleigh. We are about 125 miles from the beautiful North Carolina beaches. Major universities close by include NC State, UNC at Chapel Hill, and East Carolina Univ. The city of Wilson is an antiques mecca and home to a wonderful arts center, science museum, golf courses, and gorgeous residential neighborhoods.


UNIQUE/SPECIAL PROGRAMS
Our Heavy Equipment Operator training program provides hands-on operation of earth moving equipment including track loader, dozer, motor grader, backhoe-loader combination, wheel loader, and hydraulic excavator. We also offer a sign language interpreter program and community Spanish interpreter program, along with medical programs such as nursing, practical nursing, dialysis technology, and surgical technology.
