Transfer Requirements

After reading the instructions, please complete this online application as thoroughly as possible.
When you are finished, click the SUBMIT button on the left column of any application screen.
Print the application agreement statement that appears after you submit your application.
Return it with the nonrefundable application fee of $25 (check, money order, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa).
- Please send official transcripts from each college attended (if currently enrolled, send preliminary transcript now and final transcript upon completion of term).
- If you have earned less than 30 transferrable (non-learning support or institution-specific) hours of accredited college transfer credit, you must also meet the freshmen admission requirements. Please refer to that check list here.

In addition to the above submissions, once the applicant is accepted for admission the following items will need to be provided prior to enrollment:
- Photograph
- Completed pre-entrance medical report and proof of required immunization (Click here to learn more)
