Transient Requirements After reading the instructions, please complete this online application as thoroughly as possible. When you are finished, click the SUBMIT button on the left column of any application screen. Print the application agreement statement that appears after you submit your application. Return it with the nonrefundable application fee of $25 (check, money order, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa).. Please submit a letter of Transient Permission from the institution at which you are currently enrolled. These letter are usually obtained from the Registrar's Office of an institution.
